This test evaluates speed typing, correspondence, reading comprehension, outlining, accounting, and other essential skills for administrative or accounts support roles.

This is conducted by the client during the third stage of the interview process.

The job candidate completes the test, and the HR consultant prepares an analysis. The candidate is invited for a follow-up session to discuss the results. If the candidate meets the client’s requirements, the CV and test results are submitted for further consideration.

The HR consultant asks basic questions to gain an initial understanding of the shortlisted candidate. If the candidate meets the requirements, they are invited for the first-level interview.
